What is counselling?The focus in counselling is on how a problem/s in your everyday life is interferring with your emotional well-being, this may be specfic like, work issues, relationship difficulties or unsure what decision to make. In counselling there is a space where you can explore your feelings of life's impressions and move toward resolution.
What is Gestalt therapy?Gestalt therapy provides a space so you can take support to explore old survival patterns, whilst facing the facts and utilising your own energy toward moving forward and feeling more complete.
What to expect?A supporting, non-judgemental experience in a non-intrusive environment.
Therapy sessions are offered weekly. An initial consultation will be offered to explore what has brought you to therapy and why now?
There are daytime and evening sessions available.
ConfidentialityIndividuals are offered a place of privacy to discuss their problems and concerns. The content of the sessions is treated confidential and within the professional ethical boundaries.
